TheAI Executive Sandbox

Cohort 01Oct 2026 – May 2027

Applied AI for Leadership & Business Innovation

The AI Executive Sandbox: an eight-month, in-person cohort where leaders don’t watch demos. They build. Every 90-minute session ends with a working asset (a policy, a workflow, a pipeline, a prototype) you can deploy the next morning.

The method

Built to be used, not just attended

Most AI training ends with notes. This cohort ends every month with something running in your business.

  1. 01

    Active over passive

No lecturing off slides for hours. Sessions are rapid-fire and experiential, tied to the friction you face at work.

  2. 02

    Gamified builds

Every session has a hook: a duel, an escape room, a pitch round. You learn by doing, and by trying to break each other's work.

  3. 03

    Zero fluff, immediate ROI

Every month ends with a finished, working asset you can deploy the very next morning.

Before Day 1

Arrive ready to build

Five things to bring and set up before October 16, so the first session is spent building, not signing up.

Open the interactive checklist

Bring to every session

  • Your laptop and charger

Every session is an interactive build lab. Tablets and phones alone don't give you enough flexibility for the exercises.

  • A "Workplace Friction" log

Track repetitive, time-consuming tasks such as inbox triage, recurring communications, agendas or data re-entry. The labs target these directly. You can keep it right in your participant dashboard.

Pre-course tech checklist

  • A primary AI account: ChatGPT and/or Claude

A free or Plus/Pro account works. A paid plan unlocks advanced reasoning models, project workspaces and custom agents, but isn't required for Day 1.

  • A Google account

Used for shared cohort resources, session prompt sheets and collaborative templates.

  • Access to your everyday business tools

Word/Excel, Google Docs/Sheets or your email client, so you can plug what we build straight into your daily flow.

Our promise

Confidentiality & Safe Harbor Pledge

You will never be asked to put proprietary customer records, confidential health details or private financial accounts into unapproved public models during class.

  • Confidentiality first

No live exercise requires real proprietary data. If it isn't yours to share, it stays out of the model.

  • Sanitized data, always

You'll learn to sanitize documents and build custom guardrails, so organizational compliance and privacy standards stay intact.

  • Your work stays yours

Deliverables are shared only with the instructor. Everything you record on this platform is visible to you and Keisha alone.

Bring one real problem. Leave with a working solution.

Registered participants use the portal to log workplace friction, submit deliverables and track their path to the May 11 showcase.
